Anyone wishing to participate in training at the club must first become a member, and therefore sign an agreement to abide by the constitution of the club. This form can be found here.

Below are the club rules which are not subject to negotiation:

1. Dogs must remain on lead at all times, unless otherwise instructed.
2. Members and spectators are requested to keep clear of staked dogs.
3. Closed-in footwear (eg. joggers, sandshoes) must be worn at all times by members whilst on the training ground.
4. No smoking on the ground during classes.
5. Children and spectators are not permitted in classes.
6. Children must not run around the ground during classes and must be under control at all times.
7. If your dog fouls the ground it is YOUR responsibility to clean it up.
8. No bitches in season permitted on the ground.
9. A dog considered to be unwell will be excluded from training.
10. No harsh handling will be tolerated.

Meetings

Meetings are held at the clubhouse on the second Thursday of every month (starting at 7.30pm and generally an hour to an hour-and-a-half in length). These meetings are open to all members and associates of the club, where upcoming events and other club issues are discussed.
